请问这种情况卡是不是寄丢了？要申请新卡还是再等等？

SSN上个月已经收到了，EAD到现在还没收到。USCIS网站上说5月2号收不到就申请新卡，现在已经过了三天了。请问现在该怎么办？如果申请了新卡，之前的假如又寄到了是不是也会作废？
USCIS网站显示的状态如下：
Card Was Mailed To Me
On April 17, 2019, we mailed your new card for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number YSC1990141XXX, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by May 2, 2019, please go to 1point3acres.com to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go to 1point3acres.com to give us your new mailing address.

USCIS网站说应该会给我一个tracking number（“If Case Status Online indicates that the card was mailed, you should be provided with a United States Postal Service tracking number”），这个我也找不到。

我查到了卡确实是没寄到，被退回USCIS了。我在USCIS网站申请了重寄，但是根据网上说的，USCIS重寄卡“nototiously slow”，我现在非常担心90天的问题，有人了解相关情况的能给点建议吗？
