怎么跟公司negotiate追加PP？

楼主是stem opt 明年七月过期。目前在一家公司就职，h1b是让新雇主给抽的，下个月入职。但是当时公司给file的是non-pp， “If the petition is selected in the cap lottery, and if there is a case-specific need to upgrade the petition to premium processing, then we will communicate that need to **. The company will then decide about the PP upgrade.”

我目前是想让公司给升级成pp，因为觉得如果跳过去还不知道什么时候h1b才能批准，不踏实。
