cos adv pp 大公司 律师F家 5/24 收到rfe 今天拿到 letter 其中有一项title为 Labor Condition Application 具体如下

You must establish that your petition is supported by an ETA Form 9035(E) Labor Condition Application (LCA) which corresponds with the offered position.

To satisfy this requirement, you submitted an LCA certified March 7, 2019.

You have provided an LCA with the LCA number xxxxxx, which is certified for the occupational classification of accountants and auditors, with a Level 1 wage designation (the lowest of four assignable wage levels).

By designating the offered position at Level I wage, you indicate that the offered position is an entry level position within the occupation.

You submitted a listing of the specific duites of the offered position:

Therefore, the position, as described in your petition, does not appear to be an entry level position within the occupation. As such, you have not sufficiently established that the petition is supported by a certified LCA that corresponds to the petition.

You may submit additional evidence to satisfy this requirement. Evidence may include, but is not limited to:

- A Form ETA-9141, Application for Prevailing Wage Determination, completed by the US Department of Labor for the offered position.

- Documentation, such as an official position description, job offer letter, or job announcement, which factored into the selection of the occupation and wage level certified on the LCA. The documentation should detail the tasks, knowledge, and skills of the offered position. Additionally, the documentation should describe the experience and education requirements for the offered position.

- A letter explaining how the Level I wage designation LCA that you have provided corresponds to the offered specialty occupation position.

- Documentation to support that the Level 1 wage designation on the LCA corresponds to the offered position.

请问这是大家常说的SO+Level 1吗?还是SO or Level 1 only? 感觉写的很模糊。。。以及一般会如何应对?hr目前只找了我老板要求将上面列的duties每一项assign一个percentage加起来是100%,其余并没有向我和我老板要更多东西。请问这项主要是靠律师准备吗?谢谢大家,祝大家都有好运气可以通过!
