是否信任律师? RFE Nonimmigrant Status (Payroll Records Change of Status)

LZ在OPT Extension期间以F1身份跳槽，在新公司抽中了然而RFE，申请H1B的时候只交了新公司一个paycheck。RFE的类型在论坛里没怎么找到，感觉报的大多是so。求相似情况的小伙伴交流律师的回复策略！
RFE 具体信息：
Nonimmigrant Status: Payroll Records Change of Statu
Students engaging in initial F1 OPT may not accrue an aggregate of > 90 days of unemployment. ... Students granted 24 month OPT extension may not accrue an aggregate of > 150 days of unemployment during total OPT. Students engaging in F1 OPT must engage in >= 20 hours/week of employment that is directly related to student's US major of study.
Please provide evidence that the beneficiary manintained F-1 status during post-completion OPT. Evidence may include but is not limited to:
1. A list of all employers under post-completion OPT and the periods the beneficiary worked for those employers
2. Copies of all pay records from starting date of OPT to present time
3. Evidence that beneficiary worked >= 20 hours per week in a position that is directly realted to beneficiary's US major of study.
公司的律所是BAL，律师只要求我补上现在公司所有的paycheck。说提供老公司的Paycheck没有必要，感觉律师非常自信。请问有没有童鞋碰到类似情况？我觉得律师这么处理并没有符合上述三条中的任何一条，不知道是否要信任律师。同时也担心使用老公司的材料再引发一波RF。如果律师不靠谱又不愿意增加回复材料的话，感觉就只能每天祈祷了。。。
