敏感专业被check了快60天，发邮件收到了没见过的回复

敏感专业的phd，之前读硕士签过两次，一次被check。这次被check了快60天了，至今没有update。 猛然发觉没有交sevis fee（读phd拿了新的I20），签证官和我当时都没发现我没交费用，事隔50多天补交了（未接到任何通知自己补交的，使馆一直说我不缺任何材料）。补交后在签证账号内反馈这个情况，得到了这个回复“ Thank you for your email. Your inquiry has been forwarded to the responsible office. Your patience is highly appreciated.”之前没有见过。有得到相似回复或者有相似经历的同学吗？
