h1b rfe，感觉律师用错soc code了

微软applied scientist，律师感觉在印度，之前交流都是大半夜回的邮件。我今天被rfe了，才发现lca 用的是 soc 15-1111, computer and information scientist。然而我是统计phd，之前都是 15-2041, statistician 神坑啊。。。。。。
这个会凉么，本来都准备下周一给notice了，现在还要冒险入职么？
