更改地址后如何确认

我上周三在USCIS上改地址，昨天晚上收到update成功的邮件，今天我去Emma live chat，客服问了我的名字电话住址等个人信息，我说我想确认我的新地址在系统里是否正确，结果他回我“Confirmation for a change of address is only provided by the office processing your case. If they've already sent the email, then it means the address was updated."

我看别的帖子都说live chat会跟你确认地址的，难道是我聊天的方式有问题。。。
