请教一下地里有经验的大佬，最近opt case review需要多久啊

7.2 Call for Expedition
7.6 Email reply: "The expediting of a case allows it to be sent quickly to an officer for adjudication. However, your case is currently under review by an officer. Most applicants receive a decision or correspondence within 30 days, although most individuals receive their document earlier. Please contact us again if you do not receive notification or other correspondence within the 30 day time frame."
周六收到的回复，但是今天已经周三了，还没review完，网站上依然显示case was received.
已经等了121天了，201号段的已经处理76%以上了。。。。

7.18 收到卡和approval notice!
祝大家早日收到卡！ 感觉USCIS开始制卡之后的效率非常高 四个工作日就收到了
