首申的OPT明年4月过期，想H1b 10/1生效前用F1回国，会不会影响COS？
根据地里律师说回国肯定没问题

但鄙司律师今天这么告诉我:
Unfortunately, your change of status would be influenced by a trip abroad before October 1. This is because the I-94 record you are currently under is the one that will automatically change on October 1 to H-1B. If you travel abroad and reenter, you will be given a different I-94 number which will not match the H-1B Approval Notice.
请问到底谁说的对呢？有没有官方文档什么的？
