求问有没有人遇过“fee will be refunded”

本人等待H1B approve中，状态一直很奇怪……
先一直是“name was updated”
等了两个多月，状态突然变成“fee will be refunded”
【就从来没看见过“case was received”这种正常的状态，汗……】
好像网上很少类似案例，不知道以后没有小伙伴遇到过，后续发展又是什么呢？

Fee Will Be Refunded
On July 23, 2019, USCIS made the decision to refund the fee for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXX. Your refund will be mailed to the fee remitter on file. This refund does not affect the processing or location of your case. If you do not receive your refund by October 21, 2019, please call the Burlington Finance Center at 1-802-288-7600. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
