EE@BU 求问这是给转成MENG了么。。。我想读MS啊

录取信是这样婶的：

“I am delighted to contact you regarding your application for admission to the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at
Boston University. Based on your academic qualifications, we are pleased to recommend you for admission to the Master of
Engineering Program in Electrical Engineering for Fall 2013.
We recognize that you have applied to the Master of Science (MS) degree program; however, we are currently channeling most of
our Master of Science applications into our Master of Engineering (MEng) program which has been designed to better meet the
needs of students seeking both deep technical content and career readiness skills. The MS program remains a limited option for
matriculated students (students who join BU and later consider switching to the Master of Science); however, the MS degree
requires formal thesis or major project work; is very limited in its capacity, and there is no guarantee that students will be
accommodated in this program after matriculation.”


貌似是被搞到MENG了，而且没钱，求问这个项目是几年的？信里的意思是MS都是MENG入学以后转的？？？

另外，那个Global Engineering Career Readiness Program是啥。。。。预科么。。。囧

我好混乱啊。。求解答。。。。
