刚订了回国的机票，就收到Offer，求建议

我的情况比较复杂，拜托大家给点建议，特别是Ｂｇｓｕ的学长学姐们万分感谢~~
我是去年秋天来美国读生化PHD，读了几个月不想念了，纠结了一段时间决定转专业，申请了个７学校的统计Master：rutgers,Suny-brook, BGSU(bowling green state u，项目是商学院下面的applied stat), TAMU, SUNY-buffalo, cuny-hunter，ｃｌｅｍｓｏｎ。各位大牛别鄙视我的选校，因为想少花点家里的钱，申请的都是公立学校学费比较便宜的项目，申ＢＧＳＵ也是在论坛上看到有筒子拿奖。
然后最近真的是状态很差，连课都不想去上，刚订了３月底回国的机票，准备周五去跟系主任摊牌ｑｕｉｔ这个生化的ｐｒｏｇｒａｍ，结果早上刚定完下午拿到了ＢＧＳＵ的小ｏｆｆｅｒ。现在主要是关于奖学金的内容有点模糊，我先贴一段Graduate CoordinatorJane Chang 的邮件内容：
For the Fall 2013 semester, your scholarship award will be an amount equal to the instructional and non-resident fees for 6 credit hours. (The fee amounts have not been finalized for academic year 2013-2014, but at current levels these fees are $2,544 and $1,830 respectively.) You will be responsible for all general fees and additional tuition (instructional and non-resident fees) if any. Please see attached “Fall 2012 – Spring 2013 Tuition and Fees.pdf” for more information about these fees. You will also be awarded a graduate assistantship. This position requires 10 hours per week of work and a stipend of $2,650. You will receive this same level of support (scholarship and stipend) during the Spring 2014 semester.
然后我查了一下学费和课程的信息，如果一学期选９学分要补２７００，选１２学分要交５１００，整个program是３３个学分。现在有几个问题：
１，有没有人知道这个program的选课ｐｏｌｉｃｙ和自由度，系里有没有规定international学生每学期必须选多少学分？我自己觉得比较理想的是前三个每学期选９学分。最后一学期选６学分，不知道可不可行。
２，其他几个学校都还没有消息，不过我根据之前论坛里的帖子，这几个学校就算录取也应该是纯ＡＤ吧？如果是这样，我肯定会接受这个ｏｆｆｅｒ了。
３，这个项目怎么样？课难不难？就业率怎么样？因为我数学基础实在太弱了，肯定要恶补，高数课什么的学的东西早还给老师了（高考家里给填的破志愿，我这么热爱物理的结果上了个半文科的专业）
４，我如果回国的话签证会不会有问题呢？相隔一年换了个完全不同的专业的Ｉ２０．而且我上学期还挂科了（厌学状态）。。。去签证时会要看ＰＨＤ这个ｐｒｏｇｒａｍ的成绩吗？
