Multiple RA positions in Computer Science Department at Iowa State University are available from Spring or Fall 2020. Candidates are to work with Dr. Qi Li towards Ph.D. degrees, conducting research in data mining and applied machine learning.
Competitive applicants will have a strong computer science background with exposure to applied math and statistics. Applicants from other disciplines with strong math background and motivations will also be considered (including but not limited to Information and Computational Sciences, Electrical Engineering, etc). Successful candidates will receive financial support.
