OPT 修online CS 学位身份问题

借号向大家咨询，请问地里有没有遇到相同情况的同学
身份：楼主现在是去年暑假STEM MS毕业，然后在西雅图一家非科技公司工作，今年没有抽中H1b，所以现在是opt extension第一年。家属现在是H1b身份。
因为现在工作比较无聊，发展空间有限且工资不高，打算在职读一个CS MS学位。起先考虑了 UW Seattle Professional CS MS 项目，但是项目介绍明确说了需要H的身份 （While those in the US on work visas are welcome to apply, those with student visas cannot be accepted， cs.washington.edu）。同时因为经济原因，现在没有辞职转F1身份的打算，所以也暂时没有考虑NEU和UW Tacoma的fulltime MS项目。
综合考虑打算申请online CS的项目，考古了一下地里，打算申请 Gatech online OMSCS和UIUC MCS online 项目。那么问题来了，我问了原来学校的ISSO，学校说的很模糊，说如果是fully online program的话“应该”问题不大，ISSO小米的原文回复如下：
“The guidelines for that are really not clear. If it is totally online and part-time, it cannot be F-1 related. But, when you say you would be earning another degree, it could possibly be a problem. The safe answer would be “No”, but it this is something you want to do, you will need to seek the advice of an immigration attorney.”
不知道有没有相同问题的同学：OPT身份是否可以enroll以上online项目，因为之后可能会提交485，并不想因为online项目引发不必要的麻烦。（当然，后面也会咨询律师
同时，如果大家知道有其他好的CS项目，请推荐啊！
