Linkedin 2020 的 intern position 今天开了 就我自己的个人经验 内推贵於神速 时机是最重要的
很多position 只开两三;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;2;天就不收简历了
To be honest 内推真的是麻烦的要死 需要一个一个看，看了不帮别人推又觉得不好意思，但实在无法照顾到所有人
将从以下标準逐一筛选进行内推
所有email都会看 并会回覆是否给予内推
不内推的会竟量给出哪里可以再调整加强
All position is welcome only if you have the job link！!！
內推標準如下：
1. 最重要也是最基本的 -- 简历，
* Linkedin 极少收 entry-level without experience. Junior Level 要求至少一年工作经验 Senior Level 至少3年
* 小地方初做我会回信告知，但如果背景实在不match job description 就会skip 内推
2. 刷题：
* Linkedin 的面试题库很浅 Leetcode Linkedin tag 刷完者优先内推 因为我们考原题的机率非常大
* Up to 20190906 也才总共64题 这样的门槛很低了
* 64 题没有完全刷也没关系 就是越多越好
3. Linkedin profile
* 請務必把Linkedin profile 弄完整 對Ｌ來說這就是你的 resume
4. 内推比重：
* 现在是entry/intern 刚开的季节 会着重在这两个方向
* 我们总共三个人分著推 会依照你的track 进行分类 includes : Applications, Infra, ML, Data Science. etc.
* 如果1-2周内没收到回覆 请move on 先抱歉了 實在人力有限
Email format and context:
1. Resume
2. Job link and position on Linkedin page including job_id
3. 第三人称推荐信 这个要针对自己的强项 突出的点进行强调 共3~6句话 太长我会删减
4. 刷题进度截图 Linkedin tag or general page
5. Linkedin profile link
6. 開頭處附上最基本的 email & name
7. 標題打[Linkedin] referral for [name] [position]
8. Email to referral.in艾特gmail.com
9.已被內推者 勿再來信
面試流程：
ＨＲ面 mostly BQ
Phone Screen x1 or x2 （intern 在這之後進行team match 就發offer了）
Onsite : 不同track 有不同專項面試，ML 就要面mL model 基礎, Infra 要面System design, staff要面管理的技能 問很多 case study
