Amazon要去中国北京为北美岗位招聘啦，计划在今年11月中旬前往中国北京进行SDE招聘活动。在北美的小伙伴也可以内推。

Qualification: 3 or 3+ years of solid back-end software development experience. Solid hands on OOP language coding and system design skill, prefer large scale system development experience. No requirement for business domain knowledge. Fluent in English communication.

A: 候选人多多益善，我们的headcount没有限制，offer没有数量限制。并且，我们不会将候选人之间互相比较，他/她们之间不存在竞争关系。
Q: 只想来美国不想常去加拿大，这次机会只能去加拿大定岗吗
A: 由于H1b的抽签不确定性，我们的岗位放在加拿大。但是amazon支持内部转组，候选人入职后可在一年后申请转组，以L签证去到美国亚马逊工作。（基于候选人和美国组经理的双向选择。）
