Twitter还没做OA就挂了？

9月5号海投，9月6号收到OA，OA的due是明年3月20好，我就一直拖着没做。

中午吃完饭突然收到一条邮件，“At this time, we will not be moving forward with your 2020 Twitter University Recruiting application as you are ineligible for the roles we offer through @TwitterU. ”，相当于直接拒了嘛？
我尝试着点了一下OA的链接还没有失效，请问这是什么情况？
