学校催促我informal indication of decision，怎么回信呢？

二月下旬的时候收到UW的Stat MS ad 信，
也给那边老师发过信，问过一些RA，TA的事情。
现在只有一个UW stat MS ad，和一个FSU Phd offer。
其他学校还没有信呢。
LZ是很想毕业工作呢，其实还是比较心水UW的，Seattle 工作机会多吧。UW master 在申请PhD 会不会好一点呢。好纠结呢。
今天硕士招生的负责人发信，说appreciate an informal indication of whether you are likely to accept the offer or not.
我该怎么回复人家啊。
