H1b status 显示Notice Was Returend？

大家好，本人今年侥幸中签并被approved，老板已经拿到纸质notice.
但是网上显示却是 “notice was returned to us is because the post office could not deliver it.”
并提示 “this could have a serious effect on your case”.

应该是律师那边的没寄到。
我想请问这种情况下，
1. 有必要让律师申请e request再拿一份notice吗？（这可能会产生律师费）
2. 老板那边的notice是我保管还是老板保管？怎么问他要？
