加拿大ee申请遇到的问题+附背景

先讲一下背景
30岁,6年美帝noc 0类(商科美硕毕业)工作背景, 雅思8.5/9/7/8, 一家子移民
我申请还有一小部分没有填完, 退出再进去的时候,突然网站让我填了个questionaire,我就随便选了之后要去british columbia,然后我就被转移到以下页面了,并且没有办法继续回到填写我application.

2. 是不是因为我选的british columbia不缺少像我这样技能的人 所以才会被拒? 我是不是应该换一下别的省?
3. 需要我的uci number? 我之前拿过加拿大的旅行签证,是那个uci么?
