CMU的MSCF项目需要WES认证成绩单吗？

今天看了一下CMU MSCF的Application Requirements, 里面关于WES Standard的问题，我有点不是特别明白，希望有了解的人能帮忙解答一下萌新的困惑。。。下面是application requirments中官方关于transcripts的原话：If the transcript is in a language other than English, an official translation must also be included. We follow the World Education Services (WES) Standards to determine what documents non-U.S. candidates need to submit. We DO NOT accept WES credential evaluations, but rather, use their standards as a guideline to ensure that all of the required transcript components are uploaded and submitted with your application.
所以意思是我的国内大学的中英文official成绩单就不需要做wes认证，只用提交原文件就好了，是这么理解吗？
