Timeline:

Sep 30: 踩线提交申请;
Oct 1: email noticed, application under review;
Oct 7: email noticed, applicaiton complete. However, there was a letter of recommendation had not been submitted (even now);
Oct 8: email noticed, application under departmental review by the admission committee;
Oct 14: check admission status system and find accepted.
