Google PhD Resume Workshop

刚刚从Google PhD Resume Workshop回来，一个半小时感觉收获满满，写个帖子和大家分享seeking an SWE job at PhD level，顺便也给自己规划个guideline。这个workshop只介绍了SWE@google，但是是面向全engineering major的PhD，其他岗位的可能不适用。

还介绍了关于Research Intern和PhD SWE intern的区别，SWE intern是面向technical PhD of any year的position，和你的research其实并没有太大关系, 只考coding。Speaker: We don't expect you to be a better programmer than a CS BS/MS candidate, in most case, we assume you are a worse programmer than they are. 但是expect你的solution能更加technical mature. Research Intern是对于第三第四年PhD about to defend thesis开放的，面试不会有coding而是两轮纯research interview.
