求助，这样的回复是否代表有面试机会？

申请20fall phd，提交申请之后告诉了套过辞的老师（之前skype聊过了），收到如下回复。中介跟我说这是基本定了面试，不知道中介说的靠谱不？不是都说有面试的都是差不多定了要的人嘛，强委员会制的不可能老师能决定的吧……虽然想跟的老师是新AP可能会有点话语权？Thanks for letting me know! I'm very happy that you've applied. I very much hope to seeing you in the interview day.

进一步沟通收到邮件 "it would be really great to chat you in person on the interview day (finger crossed) so that we can unfold these questions and many others with a bigger scope and more depth"
