Funded Ph.D. Positions in Power Systems
Applications are currently being accepted for new funded Ph.D. students under the mentorship of Dr. Jianhua (Jessica) Zhang (webspace.clarkson.edu). Starting from Spring 2020 or Fall 2020. Successful candidates will be expected to work on cyber-physical system, power system related projects.
Requirements:
; Master degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with the connection on communication network and power systems
; Solid power and communication background
; Good English communication and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
; M.S. degree in ECE
; Power systems, smart grid or/and renewable energy-related research experience
; Previous hands-on experiences on Hardware-in-the-loop projects, such as OPALRT/RTDS systems and communication network
; Previous publication record on IEEE conferences
; Industrial internship experiences
