新人陶瓷跪求陶瓷回复分析/网谈tips

生物方向PHD 申的学校都是强committee所以申请之前都没陶瓷 但top choice school刚好有一个和我方向完全match的新老板明确今年想要人 于是就发了邮件套说已经申请研究方向非常fit非常希望去她的组balabala...然后收到如下回复：
Thanks for your email. It sounds like your research interests would be a good fit for my lab and should you come to [XXX uni], it would be great to have you rotate. I would be happy to discuss the details with you at any time. If you'd like to chat sooner rather than later, just let me know and we can set up a time for a call.
然后我现在就紧张的要死毫无头绪。。。求各种分析！请问有大佬有相关经验吗？应该如何准备？这个details是更多关于她的research还是我的（我希望了解她的多一些，她的paper我都在读）？以及因为是强committee制度。。。这个call会有什么帮助吗（老板应该不在com里但是和director关系好像不错），主要她也说了如果我能被录取（感觉是前提？），提前谢谢大家！
