请问UCI、UCD的MCS申请时需要邮寄成绩单吗

看到以前好多关于邮寄成绩单的讨论，但我在官网怎么找都是这句话：“Official transcripts will be requested if you have been admitted and accept our admissions offer. Do not send official transcripts until this time.“，就比较奇怪。是前几年需要而现在不需要了嘛？
