For your F1 visa application, please provide us a letter from U.S. advisor that 1) explains goals of your research and any practical applications; 2) identifies the lab or center in which research will take place; 3) states sources and amounts of any U.S. government money (or funding from U.S. corporations assisting the U.S. government) to be used to support that research; and 4) describes any export-controlled technology and or information that will be shared with you.
Please send us the document needed through email attachment or fax it to 0086-21-6217-2072 within 25 days of this email notification. Please also put ‘V7’, your name and date of birth on the top of the fax.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
