加米|求助！USC补交中文成绩单怎么回复

楼主是11月中旬提交的USC的申请（20FALL）.可是由于个人疏忽只交了英文翻译版的成绩单。今天USC给我发邮件让补交中文版的成绩单。 想问一下有没有前辈知道该怎么回呀？
按照邮件的意思应该是直接把成绩单通过邮件回复给他就好。 那么这种情况下的话邮件除了附件里的成绩单还需要说明哪些信息呢？
比如邮件题目有没有什么要求鸭？ USC的ID是不是要在邮件里写上呀，就随便写在邮件内容里就好了吗？
