邮件里是这样说的
Thank you for applying to the Mechanical Engineering Department at Carnegie Mellon University. We would like to inform you that you have been placed on our PhD waiting list at this time. A final decision regarding your PhD application will be made no later than April 30. Please log into your Apply Yourself account on that day to view the final decision. Unfortunately, no information is available regarding position on the waitlist. If you have additional information (such as an updated CV or resume) please let us know and we would be happy to add that to your file.
