真心求分析 CE & CS @ U Florida

申了几所转CS的学校，当时看UFlorida排名还可以就申了（主要是申请费便宜$31.5，还能网申3 programs）
但是他家很奇葩呀！{:7_194:}
去年传说为了increase Athletic Budgets砍掉了Computer Science Department
然后Computer Science就只剩下Master Program了，在College of Liberal Arts and Sciences(CLAS)下；
但Computer Engineering还MS、PhD都有，在 Department of Computer & Information Science & Engineering(CISE)下。
最后申请了Computer Engineering PhD和Computer Science MS
CISE给了Computer Engineering PhD Offer
小的请诸位帮忙分析一下啊，他家这种情况的CE能当CS用么？听说原来CS的prof们都被遣散到各个dept了？
