求建议 | 小蜜告诉我推荐人没有回答那些问题，直接提交了推荐信

如题，我缠着UTD小蜜问各种问题，but...今天她的回复让我吓了一跳，她告诉我“ it appears that your recommender has uploaded the letter, but your recommender has not filled out the short questioner at the top of the recommendation request form”貌似我某个推荐人跳过了那些问题直接上传了推荐信。这对我的申请是不是有负面影响？她建议我让推荐人填写那些问题，但是又不肯告诉我是哪个（些）推荐人没填。。。我现在慌的一批，求建议！
