申请ucla phd, 收到院系小蜜邮件说缺少材料。

unofficial undergraduate degree certificate in Chinese
unofficial undergraduate degree certificate in English
unofficial undergraduate diploma in Chinese
unofficial undergraduate diploma in English

The transcripts should list the grading scale of the institute.

Note that if you choose to submit your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR), you would then have to submit your official documents.
