一月份失学恐慌中补申的一个IE program，由于申的是Manufacturing Engineering，几乎就是对口的了，不算转专业。。。
当时报着一丝给点小奖的幻想申了MS program，结果PSU的IE果然是穷的叮当响啊。。phd也是发大把的ad
