UPenn MSSP 2020 Fall面经（附timeline）

新手上路～发个面经给自己攒攒人品，希望可以对等待面试的各位有些帮助-w-
首先是大致timeline，1.15提交申请，1.17收到SP2 Admissions联系补充信息，然后1.24收到program coordinator的邮件邀请skype面试（自己选择time slot）最终约在1.29 GMT 19:30。
以下为详细面经：
1. Can you start by briefly introducing yourself to me? + Why are you interested in the MSSP program(两个问题一起问的我）
2. What’s your short-term and long-term career goals?
3. In what ways do you think the MSSP program would help you to achieve your goals?
4. Tell me about one of your leadership/internship experiences, maybe something related to social policy.
5. We offer internships oppotunities to all our students, what sort of internship are you interested in doing?
6. Background of your writing sample.
7. Give me a policy suggestion. （我在writing sample中谈到了但interviewer说you’re welcomed to talk about it again, if you wish所以我又summarize了一遍）
8. Lastly, do you have any questions for me?
个人感觉和interviewer聊的很愉快，时长比邮件中说的25mins要长，大约聊了40mins左右。总的来说只要好好准备各类MSSP面经中出现的问题应该就不会太手忙脚乱，建议dig into项目的各类细节，言之有物即可！祝各位小伙伴好运，也希望能尽快来汇报next steps:)
