陆本最早可申请Columbia U Align CS 20fall

前几天看到哥大ALIGN终于开了网申通道 第一轮deadline 3月1日 官网写了可申请summer/fall
考虑到发offer, 申请i20, 签证等需要的时间, 加上参考大部分program第一届都不招陆本, 就去问了cs小蜜第一届是否陆本也有机会就读,小蜜Rivo回答说国际生（who are not already in possession of a student/work visa）无法申请20summer 但可以申请20fall
附上小蜜原文: "As far as I know, we are unable to support international students who are not already in possession of a student/work visa, due to the short time between when admissions decisions are being released and the beginning of the Summer 2020 term. With that said, you are eligible to apply for the Fall 2020 start date."
