问下我这样的情况啥时候能有DP 啥时候能有 140？

先说明一下：
在下是办的EB2
19年十月底把我之前工作的experience letter 给律师
19年十二月中旬的时候我问律师，律师说：The Prevailing Wage Request is currently pending with the DOL. It takes 4-5 months to receive a prevailing wage. Once we receive a favorable prevailing wage, we will launch recruitment
那根据这样一个发展态势，我大概啥时候能拿到PD，大概啥时候有 140 ， 大概啥时候能跳槽啊
