有人在面试后有填写过Restricted National Hire Form吗？

楼主最近过了 HPE的面试，老板也对我说 “Glad to have you in the team .”

但是晚上HR 让我填写一个 Restricted National Hire Form。 因为我是中国公民，中国公民在 Restricted National 里面。

请问一下大家，一般这样子会影响 领offer吗？楼主面试的是 Cloud Computing 以及 5g orchestration. 应该不算是太敏感吧。
