求问phd offer给一年fellowship后面RA/TA好找吗

上周五收到CS phd offer(没有正式的面试，只是在一月和套磁的导师skype上导师简单介绍了一下接下来的项目)。
邮件附件Financial Information中写道:
Support beyond year one is typically paid by your thesis advisor, in the form of a Graduate Student
Researcher position which includes salary, full registration fees and tuition (including health insurance),
and non-resident supplemental tuition, if applicable. Teaching assistantships are an important part of
graduate student training, and at least one quarter of teaching assistantship is required, in either year
two or subsequent years.
发邮件问套磁的导师一直没有回复，想问一下大家这种情况下第二年开始拿到RA/TA的希望大吗？现在都有点不太确定是不是全奖
