腆着脸终于要来一个ad

很早以前就被告知在waiting list上，今天去查突然发现变成了Admission will be offered once financial documentation has been received and approved，这个应该是ad的意思吧。另外，这个financial document应该怎么弄，主要是有这么一句不太理解，求给个说法“All funds must be certified within 9 months of your start date”。
