关于找实习遇到的Sponsorship问题

最近刚开始了解实习，然后经常遇到两个问题，
1.Are you eligible to work in the US
2.Will you require future sponsorship to w6ork full time if hired？(This includes if ypu are currently on OPT)
我目前是F1在读，明年5月毕业，还没申请CPT,请问这两个问题应该如何填呢？以后找full time时又该如何填呢！谢谢大家
