SUNY-Albany PhD 奖学金在评 应该不会去了(已评奖，变为Offer)

昨天中午收到的邮件，非官方通知，说奖学金在评。不过应该不会去了，感觉Albany的CS和ASU的CS档次差距有点大啊，实力不太行。不过还是麻烦内行人士给我说说情况啊！
I am contacting you regarding your application to our Ph.D.
program. In particular, I want to assure you that you will be
admitted to the program. The reason that no official notification
has been issued is that support in the form of a graduate
assistantship is not yet assured. Unfortunately, we have very
few assistantship openings, but we do have a number of applicants
such as yourself who are worthy of consideration for support.
最后，求大米。。。。

另：4月27号收到邮件，已经评上assistantship，具体数额还没有说。

5月6号左右收到offer letter。给的TA，免掉10学分的学费，给一年12000刀的工资，并帮交健康保险。
