收到Rutgers的一个邮件，有人一样吗

看地里已经发了一波Rutgers的MSCS AD了，目测自己要凉。
今天收到一个Rutgers邮件，既不是AD也不是Rej。
说是由于病毒，如果还没交成绩单等等的文档，可用去网站upload等等blabla。

闲着无聊，缓解一下焦虑。
想问问有人收到类似的邮件么？是说明他们还在审吗？
看去年结果，一大波AD之后，还会零星再发几个。
已经收到Decision的大佬们有收到过类似的邮件吗？

If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to upload credentials such as unofficial transcripts, resumes, and writing samples electronically by visiting the supporting materials website below:

If your institution can send official transcripts electronically, please use the email address 1point3acres.com when requesting the transcripts.

If your recommenders are not able to submit your letters electronically you can have them send the letter by attaching it to our contact form below.
