自动调剂录取CMU MSIT

申请CMU BIDA没有录取，调剂到澳大利亚的MSIT了，说“Please reply to me (1point3acres.com) if you want to be reviewed for admission to the MSIT program at the CMU-Australia campus.”我没有回复，结果今天一看竟然被这个项目录取发了30%奖金。这个是什么情况？我要回复一下吗？
