疫情期间RFE十三天 BAL approval timeline

RFE 整整13天太痛苦了，遇到疫情还不知道是因为疫情慢了，还是rfe悲剧了，还是没有办法pp了，太多不确定了，不过最后是好结局就好
（推荐大家去uscis上注册一个加case到自己的账号里面然后可以开text提醒，特别快基本上app上一显示更新，短信就来了 --虽然但是还是一直刷，几千块钱的手机响都不响一下的痛苦我太懂了

给一下bal的timeline

Received certified LCA from the Department of Labor. Finalizing petition.
Jan 2, 2020

Sent H-1B documents to employer for signature.
Jan 2, 2020

Signed documents returned. Preparing to file with USCIS.
Jan 10, 2020

H-1B petition submitted to USCIS. Awaiting receipt notice.
Jan 10, 2020

Received premium processing H-1B receipt notice from USCIS. Awaiting adjudication.
Jan 14, 2020

RFE received 23-JAN-2020. Due 20-APR-2020. Notified employee and requested information/documents to prepare response (Specialty Occupation).
Jan 31, 2020

RFE due 20-APR-2020. Preparing RFE response.
Feb 21, 2020

RFE response submitted to USCIS. Awaiting adjudication.

下午西部两点过刷出来approval，rfe理由是so，没给看原件，只要了详细的课程解释，找老板要了jd跟work example
我跟老板很快2.3就回复了，律师真的太太太太太慢了，拖到了三月才开始真正准备的感觉
