我在昨天因为都没有拿到任何PhD的Offer
因此主动寄信找学校的Graduate Admission Director 询问机会

Hello.
Responding to your email, at this point we have not issued an offer, as none of our faculty expressed interest in serving as your advisor. We have no faculty in the areas of your interest. But you may want to contact some faculty in the ECE department, who can also supervise our students, to see if they would be interested.
There is also an option of admission without assigning a PhD advisor. In that case you would need to find an advisor after you arrive here. If you are interested in this option, let me know, and I can see if this would be doable. But in that case we would not be able to guarantee any financial support.

看起来是给我两个选项
一个是赶紧再找找看教授 看有没有人赞助我
另一个是在没有奖学金没有advisor的情况下录取我 但是不保证一定录取
因此我想问问看说 我比较想接受第二个选项 因为现在也不知道哪个教授有空 而且晚一点回复可能连这个机会都没了
但有几个问题想跟大家请教看看
1. 如果之后一直没有找到有兴趣收我的教授 我直接毕业是拿硕士毕业吗?
2. 如果之后能找到收我的教授 我是否就能有保证的financial support?
3. 如果接受这个选项后有幸被录取了 我不去会怎么样吗
