485等绿卡期间用Combo Card工作 ITAR能过吗

因为是敏感专业，所以办了EB5。现在已经 file了485，并且combo卡已经到手了，心仪的工作要求ITAR clearance。
网上关于身份说的是，To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State。
我的问题就是，现在等正式绿卡用combo卡的阶段，我还不算LPR, 但是我可以申请这类需要ITAR的工作吗
