H1B transfer non-pp fragomen timeline【持续更新】

发一个fragomen 的 non-pp transfer case,

三周前(4/14)交的材料

May/2 Signed forms/documents received from employer

但是还没有LCA的信息， 狂催几遍律师只回了一句话 “We are currently waiting on the LCA to be certified” 我看大家的LCA post后都会有相关的timeline更新，不知道律师说to be certified 是指已经提交了等结果还是说整个LCA的过程都还在等还没开始。。。 因为timeline一周多都不更新完全不知道他们在干嘛，也没提过LCA相关进度，不知道有没有相似经验的朋友
