学校不接受时点财产证明

本人之前申了NEU的MS，校方要求提供存款证明，家里办了一个建行的个人存款证明（时点），结果学校不认。以下是邮件原文：

The financial documents you submitted were Time Point accounts which funds cannot be withdrawn anytime unless it’s stating that the funding is available at any given time.

请问这种情况下是不是需要将存款冻结至开学然后开一个时段的存款证明？
