CMU INI Waitlist问题

我申请的INI下面的MSIS, 三月份收到的WL。在接下WL之后，网申页面上有了status update，里面有和截止日期相关的一句话，原文是“All students who accept their spot on the waitlist will receive communication from the INI no later than May 15th with notification of their final waitlist status.”
现在过了5.15，没有收到任何拒信或是AD, 只有在4.23日收到一封关于waitlist consideration的survey。
所以按现在这个情况，过了5.15之后算是不会再给offer了吗？
